Update on poor service
eDreams contacted me following my complaint on Trustpilot assuring me that they were working on my case. I haven’t any evidence that they have done anything. If you are lucky you will talk to a polite agent who will assure you that a team is working on your case and you will hear 24 to 72 hours in time. After five days of this charade I am contacting them and getting no further forward.

I bought a ticket twice recently from Edreams,and immediately im a Trial Prime member without chance to cancel trial and after a free trial you'll be charged yearly automatically without a note..seriously? I tried to call the number that I found here eDreams refund but nothing happened ..i never signed up for anything,no trial or whatsofever don't do sneaky things. And kindly take me of any trials.Thank you.
