Puma’s recently released Puma Rihanna Creepers silhouette was one of the most positively received sneakers in recent memory for the brand, and it plans to capitalize on the gathered momentum. Next up, are two Thunder Electric iterations that fall in line with the on-trend chunky aesthetic of its Spectra predecessor. Its upper comes adorned in a complex layered pattern that utilizes multiple leather panels with vibrant colors to create a unique look. Both over-the-top midsoles feature a speckled detail as well to replicate a look that has been a part of the sneaker industry for years. While both boast a relatively similar color scheme, the main difference comes by way of your preference toward the color orange or blue.

Puma Creepers Pas Cher is ready to introduce its newest women’s exclusive trail running shoe – the Defy – with the help of global pop sensation, Selena Gomez. Equipped with a platform sole that harkens back to Rihanna’s Fenty Creeper silhouette, the Defy is meant to fit into the current chunky shoe trend while still managing to be incredibly comfortable and practical. To DEFY is to be brave,” Gomez said. “It’s about pushing the envelope and not obeying any ‘expectations’ placed on you by society. PUMA has captured this feeling perfectly with their new DEFY training shoe. I remind myself daily the importance of defying the outside noise and being true to myself.

The sleek and speedy aesthetic of the “Silver Bullet” Air Max 97 has been used as inspiration for many an Air Max colorway over the years, and the latest pair to receive a “Silver Bullet”-inspired treatment is the Nike Air Max 95 Blanche. The 95’s four iconic flowing side panels arrive in different shades of grey—one of which is dressed in reflective material—offering a stately gradient effect while bold detailing is provided by bright red accents on the heel swoosh, lace loops, and tongue patch. A grey mesh toebox and reflective heel hit complete the upper’s look, and the shoe is completed with a grey midsole, outsole, and Air Max unit.

For the most part, Nike’s anatomically-inspired Nike Air Max 95 Noir sneaker comes with a gradient upper that starts with a dark color by its midsole and fades to light as it approaches the collar and throat. In 2003, the Swoosh Brand switched up its color blocking technique a bit and went with an alternating white and black look on a pair designed for the Italian football club, Juventus. Now – 15 years later – Nike has a GR version of that same NSW silhouette that looks quite similar to that heralded look from ’03. Equipped with that same black/white alternating design, it ushers in the oft-adored gum bottom outsole while the rest of its elements are adorned in white.

Adidas Superstar Noir Featuring a knit upper and its iconic rubber shell toe, BOOST cushioning is added to the midsole in order to bring its reposnive, energy-returning performance. White Mountaineering has created two designs for the silhouette, utilizing the brand’s signature aesthetic, and emblazoning its branding alongside its tongue.Usually, their work has resulted in subdued and earthy color schemes that represent the utilitarian-geared aesthetic of WM, but the colorful hues used on one of the two sneakers you see below offers up a new look. Both offerings of the White Mountaineering x adidas Superstar BOOST are currently available.
