I need to choose a range hood for my new construction home. I chose the Wolf 48” rangetop but I’m not sure about the hood. We do a lot of hot oil&spices cooking at home and the new construction home has a 2 story living space open to the kitchen. We do need a powerful range hood. The builder showed us the very beautiful Vent a hood designer series(900CFM ). It’s so pretty but I just have no idea how it works with the smoke.
