Characteristics of PPS GF40 material:
1. PPS GF40 has high temperature stability: PPS itself has excellent high temperature stability, and can maintain good mechanical properties and chemical stability in high temperature environments. The addition of glass fiber further improves the high temperature resistance of PPS GF40 material, making it able to withstand the stress and requirements under high temperature conditions.
2. PPS GF40 has excellent mechanical properties: the addition of glass fiber makes PPS GF40 have excellent strength and rigidity, and exhibits good impact resistance, tensile resistance and load-bearing capacity.
3. PPS GF40 has good corrosion resistance: PPS GF40 has excellent corrosion resistance of materials, can resist the erosion of acids, alkalis, solvents and other chemical substances, and is suitable for fields requiring chemical corrosion resistance.
4. Low friction coefficient: PPS GF40 has a material with a low friction coefficient, which makes it have excellent performance in sliding friction applications, such as sliding bearings and seals.
