Duratia, also known as Priligy, contains the active ingredient Dapoxetine and is primarily used to treat premature ejaculation in men. It is not indicated for the treatment of eye conditions. If you have a pre-existing eye condition or any concerns about your eyes, it is essential to discuss this with your healthcare provider before using Duratia or any other medication. Dapoxetine, the active ingredient in Duratia, is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It works by increasing serotonin levels in the brain, which can help improve ejaculatory control and delay ejaculation during sexual activity. While Dapoxetine primarily affects the brain's serotonin levels, some individuals may experience mild visual disturbances as a side effect. Duratia disturbances may include blurred vision, changes in color perception, or sensitivity to light. If you have an eye condition, especially if it involves the optic nerve, retina, or any other significant eye health issue, it's crucial to inform your doctor before using Duratia. Certain eye conditions, such as retinitis pigmentosa or non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, may be contraindications for the use of Dapoxetine or other medications. Never use Duratia or any other medication without proper medical guidance and prescription. Always follow your healthcare provider's recommendations and inform them about any medical conditions, including eye conditions, to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the treatment.
