Olympic National Park is a United States national park located in the State of Washington, on the Olympic Peninsula. Within the park, there are three distinct ecosystems, including a subalpine forest and a wildflower meadow. a temperate forest, and the rugged Pacific coast. The park is home to a variety of plant and animal life, including 900 species of vascular plants. 300 species of birds, 60 species of mammals, and 15 species of amphibians and reptiles are Olympic. National Park is a popular destination for hiking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, and fishing. The park also offers a variety of ranger-led programs and activities.
