هناك عدة بدائل لكريمة الطبخ التي يمكن استخدامها في الطهي خاصة إذا كنت بحاجة لخيار أقل دهون أو إذا كنت تعاني من حساسية للمنتجات الألبان... إليك بديل كريمة الطبخ: حليب جوز الهند.... حليب اللوز... حليب الصويا... زبادي نباتي.... حليب جوز الهند المكثف.... صلصة الصويا وزيت الزيتون... زبدة نباتية...
