SM6 Series Medium-voltage Switchgear
1. Introduction
SM6 is an extensive module combined metal sealing medium voltage switchgear, the selected switches include:
● Load switches
●Fluarc SF1, SFset or Evolis circiut breakers
● Rollarc 400 or 400D contactors
● Disconnection switches
SM6 switchgears can be used in secondary substation below 24KV in industrial and mining enterprises. In addition, SM6 can ensure the safety of people and equipment and it is very easy to install and operate.
SM6 series products can be used in MV/LV substations and industrial and mining power distribution stations;
SM6 cabinet is designed for indoor installation (IP4X), the actual dimensions are:
● 375-750mm width
● 1600mm height
● 1030mm depth
2. Normal working Environment
● Ambient temperature
○ Not higher than 40 ℃
○ The average temperature within 24 hours not higher than 35 ℃
○ Not lower than -5 ℃
● Altitude
○ Not higher than 1000m
○ Derate if it is higher than 1000m
● Direct sunlight
○ Direct sunlight is not allowed
● Environmental pollution
○ There is no severe dust, smog, corrosive substance pollution and inflammable gas, vapor and smog.
● Humidity
○ The average relative humidity not higher than 95% within 24 hours
○ The average relative humidity not higher than 90% within one month
○ The average vapor pressure not exceed 2.2KPa within 24 hours
○ The average vapor pressure not exceed 1.8KPa within one month
3. Applications
The following are SM6 series products which are used in MV/LV substations and industrial and mining power distribution stations:
● IM, IMC, IMB, IMP: load switches inlet wire, outlet wire or connecting cabinet
● QM, QMC: Fuse + load switch combination cabinet
● CRM: Contactor cabinet with fuse
● DM1-A, DM1-D, DM1-S: Isolation switch+SF6 circuit breaker cabinet
● DMV: Isolation switch + vacuum circuit breaker cabinet
● CM, CM2: Voltage transformer cabinet
● GBC-A, GBC-B: Current/voltage measuring cabinet
● NSM-C: Dual power inlet wire cabinet
● GBM: Bus lifting cabinet
● GAM2: Inlet cables connection cabinet
● TM: Station Transformer cabinet
