Hi, I'm new to the forum and new to Pololu and TIC.

For a project I bought a Tic 36v4 and a Nema 23 stepper motor (https://www.oyostepper.com/category-7-b0-Nema-23-Stepper-Motor.html) with 3V and 2.5A. I tried to set up my Tic and stepper motor using the Tic Control Center but it doesn't work. I always get a "Motor Driver Error" error. I set the current limit to 2500mA and checked the wiring 10000 times but it doesn't work. I use an external power module to power my Tic which is powered by a 9V battery.

Maybe someone has an idea and can help me
