When your crawler Hydraulic Excavators is operating in places where the cab is likely to be hit or invaded by falling objects, scattered materials and foreign bodies, necessary measures should be taken to protect the safety of the operator and the Excavator. SANY,as one of the top-selling excavator brands in the world, hasrich experience on excavator operations under various working conditions. To protect your operatorandexcavatorfrom falling objects, SANY recommends:

In demolishing or breaking operation, a front guard is necessary. A transparent glass film shall be applied onto the excavator’s front window. In a coal mine or a quarry where falling objects are present, install falling object protection structures (FOPS) and front guard, and put a transparent glass film onto the front window. In addition, the Small Excavator operator shall wear a safety cap, gogglesor face shieldand protective covers should be used to protect the operator as well. Keep the excavator front window shut in such conditions and make sure other people are kept a safe distance away from the operating area of the crawler hydraulic excavator. Other guards may be necessary according to different working conditions. In this case, contact your dealer in advance.SANY also recommend you to conduct regular examination for you digger to ensure that all the safety components are in working order and the Mini Excavator itself runs normally.
