KAMPALA Cheap Nike NFL Jerseys , Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- Uganda Cricket Association (UCA) late on Wednesday named the squad that will represent the country at the International Cricket Council (ICC) World T20 qualifiers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) scheduled for Nov. 15-30.


After having a number of build-up games which included some in South Africa and three with a visiting English team last week, the head coach Johan Rudolph dropped veteran players like Benjamin Musoke and Lawrence Ssematimba.


"UCA is pleased to announce to you its squad for the forthcoming ICC World T20 qualifiers in UAE. We are sure this is a strong team that will do well in the tournament," said Justine Ligyalingi, the Chief Executive Officer of UCA.


Skipper Davis Karashani is expected to lead the team of experienced players such as Frank Nsubuga and Arthur Kyobe in their quest to grab one of the six available spots for the 2014 ICC World T20 Tournament in Bangladesh.


Uganda hope that they put up a better performance than last year where they could only manage 2 wins against Oman and the USA.


Ligyalingi said Uganda is placed in group A together with hosts UAE, Ireland, Namibia, Canada, Italy, USA and Hong Kong of China.


The team will arrive in UAE on Nov. 10 where they will engage in trial games against Afghanistan and Papua New Guinea before official kick off on Nov. 15.
