With the application, you can drop in on various contraptions, yet you can't get a drop-in call (you can get voice calls, in any case). When you've downloaded and impelled the application, you should be induced to set up Alexa Calling and Messaging. In case you aren't, tap the talk bubble at the base of the screen to join.
