The video, posted last night by the Cincinnati Enquirer, includes shots of an officer roughly handling a 12-year-old girl in a bathing suit, cuffing her, and pushing her against a squad car with an arm around her neck.Police have confirmed that they arrested four people — two adults and two minors — and pepper-sprayed the family. All three clips were originally posted separately on Bishop Hilton's Facebook page. The Cincinnati Enquirer has also compiled them into one video. Dixon, her sister, and a 15-year-old boy are now charged with disorderly conduct.
