Method 1: Use Windows “Program and Features” for Uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio Driver:

1. First, you can Right-click on the Windows Start button, choose the first item “Program and Features” on the device.
2. And, click on Realtek High Definition Audio Driver on the list, and click Uninstall
3. Then, click YES to make sure the complete removal and removing process will start
4. When finish process, click to restart the computer quickly or later if you still have other applications working
5. And, after rebooting the device, find and delete every files and folder of the driver
6. Type ‘Regedit’ in the Windows find the box, and pick to open Registry Editor
7. Expand the registry group and delete those registry entries belonging to the driver

Maybe many of you have tried this way to uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio Driver, but the best manual steps to check and clean it's registry keys and leftovers are usually neglected.
