If you have set up a recovery email then, you can simply use these steps to reset your Facebook password.

1. You can open facebook.com on your PC or laptop using your default internet browser
2. Then, click on “Forgot Password” located under the login option
3. If you have failed to log in many times then, you should see the following screen & from there you can pick on “Forgot Password” as well.
4. On the following page, you are available to see your password retrieval option. Select the first option in order to use the default password that you are using for your current email ID.
