1. Software: can be suitable for UncGraphics.NX3.0,Mastercam9.0 and many other software, can recognize CAD/CAM, through digital analysis, design can work automatically according the program, it can recognize pre/igs/scep/dxf/dwp format and so on. So the controlling software has high compatibility, and smart PC Windows control system, no need programming, easy to master.
2. Tools auto changing system: this machine use liner type tools changing system, has 18 tools storage to meet any kind complex processing, it can cut the hole, do edge profile grinding, polishing and so on whole stone counter top processing, it has high automatic degree.
3. Tool: we can provide any type stone cutting and stone profile grinding and polishing tools to meet all your stone processing requirements.
4. High-precision screw and linear guide rail. The X,Y axis guide rail is sealed in the oil, and also adopted high efficiency waterproof and dust proof device to ensure the processing precision, and this design can also can increase the guide rail and screw service life.
5. Inside whole machine body adopt stainless steel to avoid rusty, the worktable adopt 20mm thickness Aluminium plate board to avoid out of shape.
6. All the motors adopt Servo motors to ensure precision and fast processing speed.
