It's designed to make accurate cutting out of granite, marble, quartz stone for square, oval and other shape sink hole, kitchen top pipe hole, countertop edge profile grinding and polishing. 1) The machine body adopt industrial design plate seamless welded structure, whole machine 600 degree high temperature quenching treatment, gantry adopt industrial light cast aluminum structure, corrosion resistance, high strength, rigidity, no deformation, high precision.
2) Work table adopt all aluminum material, whole evenness is 0.03mm, earlier to place suction-cups.
3) Japan YASKAWA bus control servo motor and drive system, big power, big torque, high accuracy, high speed and stable performance.
4) 5.5 KW ATC spindle, central outlet water cooling, speed 2000 ~ 12000RPM
5) Taiwan HIWIN high precision 30mm linear guide rail, Taiwan high precision gear and rack transmission high speed reaching to 80m/min
