Designed for stone processing , 5 Axis CNC Bridge Cutting Machine is necessary for works .The movement of main beam over the rails is motorised for ease of bridge movement and it is programmable .A handle is front of the working area so that the operator can use the machine while checking the material. The movement of the head for cross travel by the Belt with timing pulley .Rotating head 0-90 degree by pneumatic piston and a hand lock auxiliary if don’t use air compressor . The automatic cutting system has different settings which give the operator greater flexibility in their work . A level switch 0-90° will guide you go to program setting page for each position.

5 Axis CNC Bridge Cutting Machine, adopting PLC system and Human-machine interface, togethering with ultra-high precision rotary encoder positioning and infrared device, with Chinese & English double operation language, using inverter to control left-right feeding,adjusting the speed according to stone material, using hydraulic lifting system which equipted through 4 guide post, also this machine provide the unique side beam protection device, main spare parts adopt imported high-quality materials. Thus the whole machine is featured with high cutting efficiency, high cutting precision, high stability, easy-operation, specially high value granite and big size marble.
5 Axis CNC Bridge Cutting Machine is a fully automated stone CNC machine that is used for cutting stone slab.
This 5 axis auto stone machine adopt linear guide rail, moving motor use all servo motor to ensure the speed and accuracy. Working table can do 0-85 tilt to ensure it’s easy to load big size stone slab to the worktable. Cutting head can do 360 degree turn.
