The electroplating technology of all hinges in AOSITE consists of 3um copper and 3um nickel. Our hinges can achieve Grade 9 rust prevention after salt spray test for 48 hours, and the rust resistance is very good! Fatigue opening and closing reaches the standard of 50,000 times. And the gas spring will be tested and opened and closed 80,000 times with door panel for 24 hours.
