After-Sales Service
* Arrangement for inspection, installation, training and testing work
a. After all machines are delivered to Buyer’s factory, the Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g., electricity supply, water supply, labors, and cranes, etc.
b. The Buyer will prepare for the visa application of seller’s engineers, who are responsible for the guide of the machine installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.
c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for the engineer if the visa application is approved. The Buyer is also responsible for bearing expenses generated, e.g., visa formalities, meals, accommodation, and allowance of USD XX per day for each engineer.
d. The engineer will give free training lessons to workers in the Buyer's factory.
*The seller will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond the warranty period and provide a long-term technical guide.
