Forklift Clutch Release Bearing Forklift release bearing is used in the clutch pressure plate of forklift mechanical gearbox, also known as clutch release bearing. The function of the forklift clutch release bearing is to move the pressure plate or drive plate that is subjected to the spring thrust in the direction of the clutch housing when stepping on the forklift clutch pedal, that is to say, when the clutch pedal is depressed, the release lever is tilted to overcome the thrust of the pressure plate spring. In this way, forklift driver completes the separation of the forklift clutch. If forklift release bearing loses its sliding effect due to lack of oil, it will not only produce abnormal noise, but also damage the force point of the release rod, then the effective range of the clutch pedal starting pressure plate will become smaller and smaller, resulting in difficulty in clutching and shifting. Therefore, regular maintenance of the forklift is very necessary. http://www.leadingforkliftparts.com
