Description :
During the process of making plastic product, an air cooled water chiller cools the hot plastic that is injected to shorten the cycle time and improve quality and productivity. It is very important to choose one complete cooling system for plastic processing industry.
This series Screw Type Air Cooled Water Chiller can be applied to one big plastic injection machine or several injection machines at the same time, with one large water tank outside to be cooled by the chiller, the consistent and reliable supply of the proper temperature to the process which means less scrap, more quality products.
Features:
Employ Semi-hermetic Hanbell&Bitzer compressor , with four stages energy range 25%-50%-75%-100%,built-in safety protection, low noise, low electricity consumption, increase reliability & longer life.
SCHNEIDER electric components ensure stable operation and long service life.
Temperature controller is provided to precisely control water temperature with variation of ±1℃ temperature can be set in the range from 5℃ to 35℃.
High efficient shell and tube type evaporator to connect with large water tank directly, support cooling for many plastic injection machines Simultaneously.
V type row column copper tube and aluminum fins condenser to guarantee the high efficiency of heat exchange.
The quantity of compressor can be one or two ,each compressor is independent refrigeration system. Each other run independently.when the one is working ,the other can be working or not.
Our standard refrigerant is R22, but you can choose to use environmental refrigerant such as R407C , R134A or R410A.
