The main frame is made by 3mm and 4mm Galvanized Steel bending and 4 layers epoxy zinc rich paint finishing. Secondary beams are 80x40x2mm Galvanized Steel pipe and epoxy zinc rich paint finishing. Walls are made by sandwich panels, and different kind insulation material for different countries and regions. The interior are pre-fitted so that clients can move in instantly once the electric power is connected to a dedicated plug installed outside the container.

This roof structure: 0.5mm PPGI steel cover + 75mm rock wool insulation with secondary beams + 0.5mm bend steel plate as false ceiling. Standard Container ceiling system is 0.5mm PPGI steel cover + 75mm rock wool insulation with secondary beams + 50mm Sandwich panel as false ceiling.

Clients take double glazed glass as part of walls to get better view and assure sunlight come inside container office.
