Regarding Modified Sea Shipping Container House, we have basic materials as below:

1. Wall & roof Insulation

a. 75mm Rock wool insulation between Galvanized steel structure behind container walls & under container roof, and cover the frame with OSB board + plaster board + painting, colors based on customer’s requirements .

b. 75mm Rock wool insulation between Galvanized steel structure behind container walls & under container roof, and cover the frame with Integrated Wall cladding, colors based on customer’s requirements .

Ceramic tiles finishing for bathroom walls.

2. Floor

Wooden floor floor + 18mm High density Fiber Cement board fastened on shipping container original existing 28mm marine plywood flooring for living area;

Ceramic tiles + 18mm High density Fiber Cement board for bathroom floor.

Floor insulation: pave Rock wool insulation between container bottom beams, cover the bottom with 0.5mm thick steel plate.

3. Windows

Double Glazed & Tempered Glass black Aluminum Alloy sliding windows with mosquito screen.

4. Doors

Double Glazed & Tempered Glass black Aluminum Alloy sliding door & MDF door for interior house.

5. Electrical

Customer’s country standard electric wire / LED lights / sockets / switches / distribution box .( all electric wires are pre-built in walls with pipe conduit.

6. Facilities

Bathtub, shower, towel rack, toilet, toilet paper holder, hand basin with mirror, kitchen cabinet with sink, Gas Stove.

7. Stair case and fencing

We build 2 steel stair cases, one built internal House and the other one built external House as shown in drawing. The platform is protected by Double Glazed Glass fencing.



8. Painting

Based on customer’s preferred color requirements on exterior wall.

9. Final drawing

We supply detailed production CAD drawing to confirm with customers before any modification work start.
