Full Function Edge Bander
Full function edge banding machine, using for making office furniture and cabinet kitchen furniture, for MDF, wood, acrylic board. Functions include pre milling, glue, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, corner rounding, scraping, buffing.

Pre-milling Unit
Make sure the surface clean and smooth of panel to get better edge effect.

Nonstick material glue pot, easy to clean. Board preheating part, better gluing effect.

Auxiliary pinch roller for narrow boards. Stable edge banding even for 4cm width panel. Strong end cutting unit makes sure the well process.

Fine/rough trimming mechanism adopts autonatic tracking and high frequency motor to ensure the trimming plates smoothly.

Corner rounding mechanism with two high precision tracking motor to make sure high tracking speed and high trimming speed.

Scrapping process with dust collecting pipe makes sure the clean final panel.
