Adidas has an incredibly ramped up sense of style
With the resurgence of classic styles like the
adidas superstar ii and Vans Old-Skool — a favorite of stylish celebrity kids such as Penelope Disick and North West — many children are heading back to school in shoes that might make their parents reminisce about their own school days. And nothing triggers back-to-school memories like a fresh pair of white sneakers, not yet covered in mud from trips to the playground. White shoes have been a big trend for women this summer. While silhouettes like the Superstar and Converse All-Star won’t keep their pearly shine for long, a clean pair of white shoes will remind just about anyone of school days. Of course, adults who grew up in the ’90s probably recall begging their parents for LED kicks.
Adidas has changed the game with its “willingness to embrace non-athlete social influencers who have resonated well within current consumer trends,” according to Baird analyst Jonathan Komp. Its association with fashion luminaries like Kanye West, Jay Z and Alexander Wang has helped it build up a solid following for the brand among people who wear sneakers in casual situations. Adidas, continuing its success with Stan Smith and
adidas superstar 80s from last year, has managed to maintain its footwear sales growth at around 30% in 2017. According to data from retail researcher NPD Group, almost doubled from 6.3% last year. It’s now expanding its sneaker lines to take market share in areas like running.

adidas superstar blanco (with matching pink stripes) and she is lounging on top of her all-white Range Rover. It's peak Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season One Kim, and we are so here for the vintage vibes. Can you say, "That's hot"? Because Paris Hilton would totally carry this.
The two have combined for a three-shoe sneaker set that matches Hender Scheme’s leather work with adidas’ technical design for a kick ass set of kicks. The sneakers are so fly that we’ve decided to make them this week’s pick for Sneaker of The Week. The Hender Scheme x adidas Originals collection includes the
adidas nmd mujer, adidas Micropacer and adidas Superstar and each one has an incredibly ramped up sense of style. Each shoe has a tanned leather build as a base and a leather outsole like that of a hard bottom dress shoe. Some of the tech is missing like the Boost cushioning on the NMD or the digital cock on the Micropacer but that’s a small sacrifice for a collaboration of this stature.
